Hours are by appointment only and range from:

Mon - Fri from 8am-8pm
Weekends by appointment only.

Each provider may have different hours available so contact the office to learn about provider availability and scheduling.

Scheduling Appointments

You can call us at 847-461-8414 or email us at meganrosecranspsyd@rosecransassoc.com and we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule your first appointment. At this time we will collect demographic and insurance information so we can verify insurance for you. Verifying insurance is an estimate of insurance coverage and it does not guarantee coverage. You can inform us of what psychological services or testing you are interested in and if you have a preferred therapist. After we have the information from your insurance company, we will contact you to inform you of coverage and to schedule your appointment.

After your first appointment, the provider will schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments with you. You can leave a voicemail or email your provider as both methods are secure to protect your confidentiality.

 

Insurance and Payment

Please contact our office to inquire if the therapist you would like to see is in network with your insurance plan, as not all of our therapists are in network with every insurance plan listed.

We are in-network with the following insurance companies:

Golden Rule (United HealthOne)

Mutual of Omaha

UMR
UnitedHealthcare

We do provide out-of-network services and we will provide you with a SuperBill to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Patient Portal

The client portal is a secure way to complete paperwork, communicate directly with your provider, print billing statements, and pay from your account. You will be informed how to join the Patient Portal so you can complete paperwork prior to your first appointment. We encourage using the Patient Portal, but it is optional.
